The College staff are available to provide general advice and assistance with matters such as:

Studying

Students who are experiencing difficulties with their studies, must contact the Academic Manager for further assistance.

Accommodation

We have a homestay provider that caters for a wide range of budgets. The students safety and comfort is our providers foremost concern.

Counselling and Complaint

Our multilingual Student Services & Administration Manager have an extensive knowledge of Australian Workplace Skills Institute programs and services, as well as other educational and vocational pathways. Speak to them for help with your studies. They can also give you assistance or advice on general health related issues, personal problems, and referral to other services such as legal and medical.

If you wish to lodge a complaint, please complete the Complaints and Appeals Form which is available on this website. Alternatively, you can request a copy of the form by emailing to info@aws.edu.au.

Information Technology (IT) support

Our IT Officer can help you or advice on general IT related issues.

Language Literacy and Numeracy support

Students requiring special or intensive assistance must contact Student Services, who may refer them to external support services if necessary (external service charges may apply). Referral services are provided with no cost to the student. Students requiring individual training needs must contact the Student Services for further assistance.
